Siddharth Maholia
Co-Founder & CEO
Siddharth is the Founder of Catalyst IQ and is responsible for company’s overall growth. Previously, he was a Senior Associate in the Financial Services team of GLG, where he closely worked with Private Equities and Banks in their industry research and due diligence.
He was also a Investment Banking analyst at Deutsche Bank where he worked in the Equity Capital Markets team and helped in capital raise for companies across sectors in EMEA region. He has worked in the Londonand NY offices of the bank and is familiar with IPOs, Rights Issues, Book Building and Convertibles and was awarded the Q4 2016 Finance Achiever award. He has completed his dual degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, batch of 2008 and had secured a seat in IIM Kozikode in 2016.
Nikhil Ranka
Co-Founder
Nikhil is the co-founder of Catalyst IQ. A Texas A&M Alumnus,he has worked on key projects with notable construction companies in the US as well as India.
He was one of the core project team members at the $2 billion Oil & Gas expansion project by Kinder Morgan.
Other than that, he has experience working on $45 million – $90 million commercial/residential construction projects.
He exhibits astute technical knowledge in the field of Construction. He is a natural leader,driven by the passion to solve complex problems with smart innovative solutions and seamless processes.
